were sold to local movie studios and used in Westerns and television

community of more than 12,000 residents with more than 21 miles of
Pacific shoreline. Malibu offers its residents a spectacular
environment, unique shopping and dining and a quality educational
system. The city is also home to nationally renowned Pepperdine
University. Famous beaches provide some of the best surf spots in
the world. Malibu is a combination of incorporated and
unincorporated areas and covers some 45,000 acres of naturally

access to all the amenities of a major metropolitan area. The real
estate market is a mix of beachfront homes and hilltop estates. Some
condominiums and townhouses can be found. Malibu Canyon offers a
variety of home styles set amid incredible natural scenery.
